Who we are and what these terms cover
LaxCoachApp is a free website of practice drills for youth lacrosse coaches. It is operated by Focon Naples, and you can reach us at help@napleslax.com. These terms are the agreement between you and Focon Naples about your use of this site.
By using LaxCoachApp you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site is
LaxCoachApp gives you drill write-ups you can run at practice without watching a video: the setup, the equipment, the coaching points and the rules notes. It is free, there is no sign-in and there is nothing to buy.
Some drills include a demo video embedded from YouTube or Vimeo. We do not host those videos, we do not own them and we do not download or copy them.
YouTube Terms of Service
LaxCoachApp uses YouTube API Services and embeds videos from YouTube. Because of that, by using this site you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, which you can read here: YouTube Terms of Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with information and links the Google Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of YouTube API Services through this site.
Our content and other people's
The drill write-ups on this site are our own editorial content, not text taken from YouTube. Every drill page says so. You are welcome to read them, print them and use them to run a practice with your own team.
Please do not copy the write-ups onto another website or into a product, and please do not scrape the site or the video platforms through it. Videos, thumbnails, channel names and anything else belonging to a video creator or to YouTube or Vimeo stay theirs, and their own terms apply to them.
Use your own judgment at practice
The drills here are information for coaches. They are not coaching instruction, medical advice or a safety program, and they cannot take account of your players, your field or your weather.
You are responsible for supervising your players, for the equipment they wear, and for following the rules and safety requirements of your league and your governing body. Rules notes on the site are a summary and may be out of date; the rule book of your league is what counts.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove drills, features and pages at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. We may also remove a demo video, or stop showing videos from a platform altogether, at short notice.
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version number and the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty, and limits on our liability
LaxCoachApp is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise that the site will be available, that a drill will suit your team, or that the rules notes or the linked videos are accurate or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Focon Naples is not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of this site or from a drill you choose to run. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or about the site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Collier County, Florida.
